Each dance features:

• The Latest Hit Music, Slow Songs and Line Dances
• Awesome Lighting Show sync'd to the music
• Music Videos & LIVE Crowd CAM on the GIANT video screen
• Interactive Visuals & Games Get People to Move, Jump & Dance 
• Stunning Laser Beam Light Show sync'd to the music
• Dance Contest (win an iTunes Gift Card)
• Snack Bar with soda, candy, pickles and popcorn for sale (everything is a $1). 

Proof of age is required to get in. A picture ID can be purchased for $5 the night of the Sock Hop (a parent/guardian MUST be present).

Location: Jewish Community Center – Uptown 5342 St. Charles Avenue - arrive early to avoid road construction delays

Time: 7:30 – 10:30 PM (Doors open at 7:00 PM)

Ages: 11 to 13

Advanced sale tickets: Member $9 / Non-member $12

At the door price: Member $9 / Non-member $14

*In the event of a sold out dance, JCC Members will not be turned away at the door. Non-members are encouraged to purchase tickets prior to the dance.

Advanced tickets may be purchased all month long: 

• at the Metairie JCC during regular business hours,
• at the Uptown JCC Front Desk from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday and on the Saturday of the Sock Hop only from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at the Leontine Street entrance, unless sold out (cash or checks only, please).
